This report is a variation of the report tabled in Parliament on 4 March 2008. It corrects for transcription errors discovered between the time the Commission finalised its recommendations and printing of the report.

This version contains the revised relativities which the Commission recommends be used to distribute the pool in 2008-09 and impacts on the States using the illustrative 2008-09 pool.
